June Newsletter
June has been an awesome month. We visited two churches to present our ministry and met a lot of wonderful people along the way. Our visits even included some international travel to Canada in the pursuit of finding new church partners.
Early in the month we made a visit to Cascade, MD. We met with Pastor Kurt Schroder and their church family to share our burden for The Gambia and the Wolof people. We never would have thought a couple years ago that a three-hour drive was just a short trip! It was a great visit and we met some wonderful people at this relatively new church plant.

At the end of June, we made a trip up to London, Ontario to visit with Stoney Creek Baptist Church. This was the first trip to Canada for all of us in the family. It takes about 12 hours of non-stop driving but with three kids and various stops we divided the drive up over two days. Stoney Creek Baptist Church is the sending church for Barney and Adelia Robison. They are the missionaries in The Gambia who are retiring, and we will be replacing them at the ABWE guest house. We stayed with some wonderful retired missionaries who attend the church. The church plans to vote next week to take us on for support so please keep that in your prayers.
The kids seemed to enjoy the trip because on the way up we stayed at a hotel in Batavia, NY that had an indoor waterpark. They got to spend a few hours enjoying the waterslides!
Upcoming this month is the EMC class at ABWE headquarters. It stands for essential missions components. We are so thankful to the Lord for bringing us up to 56% so we can attend the class this year. 50% of support is required to attend and it is only offered once per year. Next month we will tell you all about it!
Prayer Requests
Pray for new ministry partners to bring us over 85% before this October to attend FPS class at ABWE.
Pray for safe travels this month and that God will open up new opportunities to share our ministry.
Pray for more churches to invite us out to present our ministry in the late summer and fall.
Pray that more Wolof people would find salvation through Jesus Christ.
