What a faithful God we serve. Jehovah Jireh! Through your faithfulness, we have hit 100% of our monthly support. Thank you to all 19 churches, 48 individuals, and one organization for your financial commitment and prayer over these past three years of raising support. Many churches and individuals have also responded to our generator request raising $8,500 of the $10,000 needed. Other churches are collecting a special offering this month and we look forward to seeing how God supplies the rest of the funding.
Deckerville Bible Church
When Deckerville Bible Church invited us out to present the ministry Sunday morning, we contacted our supporting church, First Baptist Church of Vassar, who was delighted to have us update them in person on what God was doing in our ministry. Just before leaving for our flight to Michigan, we heard from Calvary Bible Church in Lewistown, PA who met us completely by virtual means yet tipped the scales putting us just over 100% of the needed requirements. What an exciting time as we traveled to two very mission-minded churches in Michigan who were overjoyed to hear of what God was doing in our ministry. Yet God wasn't done. This week, pending church approval this Sunday, the missions committee from Deckerville told us they would like to partner with us, putting our monthly support at 103%.
First Baptist Church of Vassar
Over the next few months, we have to paint, pack up, and purge to put our house up for sale. We also need to get our shipping container in order and ready. Not to mention all the logistics involved in getting a shipping container across the Atlantic. We could use all the help and prayer we can get as we cannot move forward with flights or visas until the children’s passports arrive in the mail. With all the things we need to accomplish it can be a bit overwhelming.
Prayer Requests
Pray that God will sell our home quickly.
Pray that the Guesthouse will be approved as a government approved quarantine facility.
Pray for the logistics, the packing and what to pack in a shipping container.
Pray that the children’s passports will arrive soon.
Pray that God would call more people to The Gambian mission field.
Continue to Pray for Michele’s uncle who is undergoing cancer treatment.
